Corrugated Pipe Inner Wall Masterbatch is a functional masterbatch developed to solve problems of traditional corrugated pipes such as rough inner walls prone to scaling, high fluid resistance, poor wear resistance, and inner wall cracking after adding ordinary modifiers. It focuses on optimizing inner wall smoothness, anti-scaling and wear resistance without affecting overall stability, providing solutions for municipal drainage, chemical transportation. It uses suitable carriers: HDPE (MFR 0.5-1.8g/10min) for PE pipes, low-polymerization PVC (800-1000) for PVC pipes, ensuring ≥96% compatibility to avoid delamination.
Its core components include low-friction lubricants (8%-15%, PTFE + modified silicone) reducing Ra to 0.2-0.5μm, anti-scaling agents (5%-10%, copolymer + organophosphate) limiting scaling to ≤0.1mm, and wear enhancers (10%-20%, alumina + glass beads) improving wear resistance by 40%-60%. 2%-4% compatibilizers ensure even distribution via twin-screw granulation (140-160℃ for PE, 160-180℃ for PVC).
The masterbatch optimizes inner wall performance while maintaining ≥95% outer wall property retention. Stable at -35℃-75℃, it fits 160-200℃ processing with 5%-20% addition, preserving strength. It’s used for municipal PE pipes (boosting drainage efficiency), chemical PVC pipes (resisting corrosion), drinking water PE pipes (ensuring safety), and mining PE pipes (withstanding slurry wear).
