TPU UV-Activated Color-Changing Masterbatch

TPU Thermochromic Masterbatch is a special TPU coloring material focusing on temperature-driven color change and wide temperature range adaptability. It uses modified elastic TPU as the carrier, combined with organic reversible thermochromic pigments and temperature-resistant dispersing additives, and is made via gradient temperature-controlled internal mixing and precision granulation processes. Meanwhile, the thermochromic pigment is specially coated, with high fusion degree with TPU substrates, without affecting the product's elasticity and wear resistance. It can maintain stable performance in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 80℃, avoiding problems such as low-temperature brittleness and high-temperature color change failure.
