TPU Transparent Slipping Agent is a functional additive developed to solve problems of traditional TPU products such as processing jams from high friction, easy adhesion during use, while meeting the demand for high-transparency appearance. It focuses on endowing TPU with long-lasting smooth performance while maintaining high light transmittance, providing solutions for TPU products requiring strict transparency and usage fluency. This agent uses temperature-resistant TPU with transmittance ≥93% as carrier, which has a melt flow rate (MFR) of 8-13g/10min and blends well with soft, hard and modified TPU substrates to avoid turbidity and uneven transmittance from excessive refractive index differences.
The agent’s core value lies in balanced transparency and smoothness without damaging TPU’s properties. Molded products have transmittance retention ≥91% for clear appearance, suitable for high-end electronics. They have smooth touch, reducing processing friction and usage adhesion. At -30℃ to 85℃, smoothness fluctuation ≤0.03 with stable transparency. Stable at 150-220℃, 4%-7% addition preserves ≥92% elongation and ≥90% tear strength, fitting various processes for thin films and precision parts.
