TPU Sliver Masterbatch

TPU Silver Masterbatch is a special TPU colorant focusing on metallic texture presentation and long-term luster retention. It uses high-fluidity TPU resin as the carrier, combined with micron-sized coated aluminum silver paste and anti-settling dispersing additives, and is made through low-speed stirring premixing, high-speed shear dispersion and low-temperature extrusion granulation processes. Its core advantage lies in fine metallic luster and anti-oxidation stability: the aluminum silver paste is specially coated with siloxane, enabling directional and uniform arrangement in the TPU substrate. This makes the product show a fine luster like mirror silver, avoiding problems such as granularity and dullness common in traditional silver masterbatches, with a glossiness of over 90GU. Meanwhile, the coating layer can effectively isolate air and moisture, so the product maintains its original metallic luster after 2000 hours of outdoor exposure without oxidative blackening. It does not affect the elastic recovery rate and bending resistance of the TPU substrate.
