TPU Sky Blue Masterbatch is a TPU-specific colorant focusing on fresh and healing hue and low-temperature flexibility. It uses cold-resistant TPU resin as the carrier, combined with high-transparency phthalocyanine blue and azo-based light blue composite pigments, matched with low-temperature compatible dispersing additives, and is made through gradient cooling mixing, vacuum defoaming and precision granulation processes. Its core advantage lies in the combination of clear sky blue hue and extreme low-temperature adaptability: the pigment undergoes molecular-level purification, with a pure hue like a clear sky, which can accurately present gradient colors from light sky blue to clear lake blue. After coloring, TPU products have no floating color or color marks, and the light transmittance remains above 75%, combining transparency and freshness. Meanwhile, relying on the cold-resistant carrier and anti-freezing additives, the masterbatch can deeply integrate with the TPU substrate, allowing the product to maintain excellent toughness in the temperature range of -45℃ to 70℃, with an elongation at break of ≥500%. The performance attenuation rate is less than 8% after repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
