TPU Orange Masterbatch

TPU Orange Masterbatch is a TPU-specific colorant focusing on high-saturation vibrant hue and humidity-heat resistance stability. It uses weather-resistant TPU resin as the carrier, combined with high-color-fastness azo orange pigments and humidity-heat resistant dispersing additives, and is produced via constant-temperature high-pressure mixing, multi-stage precision filtration and air-cooled granulation processes. Its core advantage lies in the unity of vivid orange expression and complex environment tolerance: the pigment undergoes special dispersion treatment, which can accurately present diverse color gradations from vibrant orange to warm orange. After coloring, TPU products have rich and bright colors without problems like grayish or dull, with a dispersion uniformity of 99% in the substrate and a fine surface texture after molding. Meanwhile, the humidity-heat resistant factors and anti-aging additives added in the formula ensure that the product maintains stable hue when placed in a humid and hot environment for 1000 hours. It does not affect the elasticity and oil resistance of the TPU substrate.
