TPU Matte & Smooth Masterbatch solves traditional TPU products’ issues like harsh gloss, high friction-caused processing jams and usage adhesion. It focuses on achieving uniform matte texture and long-lasting smooth performance simultaneously, providing solutions for TPU products requiring high appearance quality and usage fluency. This masterbatch uses high-compatibility temperature-resistant TPU as carrier with melt flow rate (MFR) 9-14g/10min, blending well with soft, hard and modified TPU substrates to avoid uneven matte and interrupted smoothness from poor compatibility.
The masterbatch offers stable dual matte & smooth effects without damaging TPU’s core performance. Molded products have soft matte texture (no harsh reflection) and smooth touch, reducing processing friction and usage adhesion. At -35℃ to 88℃, matte attenuation <2.8%, smoothness fluctuation ≤0.04, with no cracking or powdering. Stable at 155-225℃, 4.5%-7.5% addition preserves ≥92% elongation, ≥89% tear strength, fitting injection molding, extrusion and blow molding, ideal for high-end films and precision parts.

In the consumer electronics field, it is used for products such as tablet computer protective cases and wireless earphone charging box shells, where the soft matte texture enhances the high-end sense of the products, and the smooth surface reduces fingerprint residue while avoiding jams during use.
