TPU Luminous Masterbatch

TPU Luminous Masterbatch is a special TPU coloring material combining night identification function and long-lasting luminous performance. It is produced via an integrated process of low-temperature coating and twin-screw granulation, using high-elasticity TPU resin as the carrier, combined with rare earth-activated strontium aluminate luminous powder and compatible dispersing additives. Its core highlight lies in efficient energy-storing luminous characteristics and TPU substrate adaptability: after 10-15 minutes of irradiation by natural light or lamplight, it can continuously emit soft yellow-green light in dark environments, with initial brightness reaching over 500mcd/m² and effective luminous duration exceeding 12 hours. The luminous performance attenuation rate is less than 10% after 5,000 cycles of repeated light absorption and emission. Meanwhile, the luminous powder is specially coated, with high fusion degree with TPU substrate, which does not affect the elastic recovery rate and bending resistance of the products. It is compatible with various TPU molding processes such as injection molding, extrusion and calendering during processing. Its application scenarios focus on safety signs and functional consumer goods, such as TPU safety warning tapes for night construction, TPU luminous accessories for children's toys, and TPU luminous tent ropes for outdoor camping, endowing products with night safety guidance and situational interest through self-luminescence.
