Meanwhile, the masterbatch maintains stable performance at the conventional processing temperature of 160-220℃ for TPU HMA, with an addition amount of only 5%-8% — it not only retains over 90% of the HMA’s melt flow rate to ensure unimpaired fluidity during processing, but also maintains more than 92% of the elastic recovery rate to preserve the adhesive layer’s elasticity, and is compatible with all processing scenarios such as coating, injection molding and extrusion.
