This masterbatch balances transparency and smoothness without damaging HMA’s core properties: product transmittance retention ≥90% for clear appearance, ideal for high-end packaging and electronics; smoothness reduces equipment friction, improving production efficiency and preventing dust adhesion/stacking adhesion. Stable at 160-220℃, effective with 4%-6% addition, it maintains ≥94% initial tack, ≥72h holding time, ≥91% peel strength, and keeps stable transparency/smoothness at -30℃ to 85℃, suitable for all processes.
