Hot Melt Adhesive Tackifier is a type of functional additive specially developed to improve the bonding performance and application scenario adaptability of hot melt adhesives, which mainly functions by regulating the viscous flow characteristics and interface adhesion of HMAs. Its main components are divided into two categories: natural resins and synthetic resins, combined with 1%-5% antioxidants and dispersants. It is manufactured through a high-temperature melting homogenization process, mostly in the form of light yellow granules or flake solids. Its core value lies in precise regulation of viscosity parameters and compatibility with multiple substrates: the proportion of components can be adjusted according to HMA substrates. Meanwhile, high-quality tackifiers have excellent thermal stability, with no obvious volatilization or carbonization at the processing temperature of 150-200℃, and good compatibility with other components of HMAs, without affecting the flexibility of the adhesive layer and low-temperature resistance. Application scenarios cover the entire industrial bonding chain, such as corrugated box sealing HMAs in the packaging industry, board edge banding adhesives in the furniture industry, clothing hot-fix adhesives in the textile industry, and component fixing adhesives in the electronics industry. It solves bonding problems in different scenarios through targeted tackification.
