TPU Hot Melt Adhesive (HMA) Smooth Masterbatch solves TPU HMA’s processing jams, product adhesion and high surface friction. It focuses on long-term low friction and processing fluency for stable smooth performance. Its carrier is temperature-resistant TPU with high compatibility, 8-12g/10min melt flow rate, matching EVA/POE-modified and pure TPU HMA to avoid precipitation.
Core functional components: ultra-high molecular weight silicone powder forming a lubricating film to lower friction coefficient below 0.15; fluorine-modified polyethylene wax enhancing durability. It also has 1%-2% maleic anhydride-grafted compatibilizer, made via low-temperature mixing and twin-screw granulation for uniform dispersion.
There are a lot of key advantages: long-lasting smoothness and undamaged HMA performance. It reduces equipment friction, avoids defects. Stable at 160-230℃, effective with 3%-6% addition, maintaining ≥96% initial tack, ≥72h holding time, ≥92% peel strength, suitable for all processes.
