TPU Hot Melt Adhesive (HMA) Matte & Smooth Masterbatch optimizes matte texture and processing fluency, solving traditional TPU HMA’s issues like harsh gloss, high friction-caused jams and adhesion. It uses temperature-resistant TPU (MFR 6-10g/10min) as carrier, compatible with EVA/POE-modified TPU HMA.
Its key advantages: synergistic matte & smooth effects soft matte surface for high-end scenarios; less processing friction, no uneven coating/adhesion, dust-resistant; undamaged HMA performance. Stable at 160-220℃, effective with 4%-7% addition, maintaining ≥95% initial tack, ≥72h holding time, ≥90% peel strength retention, and stable at -30℃ to 85℃.
