After 3000 hours of QUV accelerated aging test, the yellowing index △YI of TPU hot melt adhesive added with this masterbatch is ≤3, the tensile strength retention rate is ≥85%, and the elongation at break retention rate is ≥80%. It significantly delays the molecular chain breakage and degradation caused by ultraviolet irradiation, preventing the hot melt adhesive from becoming brittle, discolored, and losing its viscosity. When it is integrated with TPU hot melt adhesive, the masterbatch is evenly dispersed and does not affect the initial tack and final curing strength of the hot melt adhesive. It can be stably used in the conventional hot melt adhesive processing temperature range of 150 - 220℃, and the addition amount is flexible, usually 4% - 8%.
