TPU High-Transparency Blue Masterbatch is a TPU-specific colorant focusing on the integration of transparent texture and pure color. It is made via a process of low-temperature slow mixing, precision filtration and vacuum granulation, using low-haze transparent TPU resin as the carrier, combined with high-purity oil-soluble anthraquinone blue pigments and transparency-enhancing dispersing additives. Its core advantage lies in the balanced unity of high light transmittance and clear blue: the pigment undergoes special purification treatment, with impurity content less than 0.01%, achieving molecular-level uniform dispersion in the TPU substrate. After coloring, the product still maintains a light transmittance of over 85%, presenting a transparent blue like a clear blue sky, without turbidity or mottled spots. Its color purity is far superior to ordinary blue masterbatches. Meanwhile, relying on anti-yellowing additives and weathering agents, the product's light transmittance attenuation is ≤3% after long-term light exposure, with no obvious shift in blue tone. It does not affect the tear resistance and low-temperature resistance of the TPU substrate itself.
