TPU Green Masterbatch

TPU Green Masterbatch is a functional colorant specially designed for TPU materials. It is made via a low-temperature blending and precision granulation process, using high-crystallinity TPU as the carrier, combined with nano-sized phthalocyanine green pigments and bio-based dispersing additives. Its core highlight lies in the dual advantages of eco-friendliness and weather resistance stability: the pigment adopts environmentally friendly raw materials that meet the EU ECOCERT standard, with no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission. Its dispersion particle size is as fine as 50-100nm, enabling TPU products to show natural colors ranging from light onion green to dark emerald green, with uniform and transparent color sense and no graininess. Meanwhile, relying on the synergistic effect of special anti-UV additives and antioxidants, it can maintain color stability in the extreme temperature range of -30℃ to 100℃. After 5000 hours of outdoor exposure, the color difference ΔE is ≤1.5, and it does not affect the elastic recovery rate and tear resistance of the TPU substrate itself. It has a wide range of application scenarios: it is suitable for consumer goods requiring high environmental protection, such as TPU crawling mats for children and degradable TPU shopping bags; it can also be used in outdoor industrial components, such as TPU non-slip sheaths for garden equipment and TPU wire harness protective sleeves for new energy vehicles, balancing green appearance and durable performance.
