TPU Cast Black Masterbatch is a high-performance colorant developed specifically for TPU cast molding process. It uses TPU with low melt flow rate as the carrier, combined with high-purity furnace carbon blackand leveling dispersing additives, and is made through low-temperature internal mixing, precision filtration and underwater pelletizing process. Its core advantage lies in cast process adaptability and film appearance texture: after particle melting, the fluidity is uniform and stable. In the high-tension, thin-thickness processing scenario of the casting machine, it can avoid defects such as crystal points and stripes, enabling the TPU cast film to present a uniform and deep black color, with haze ≤1.2% and surface gloss up to 85GU or more. Meanwhile, relying on the light-shielding property of carbon black and anti-aging additives, the film has excellent UV blocking rate, which is not easy to age and become brittle after long-term outdoor use, and the transverse/longitudinal tensile strength retention rate exceeds 90%. Its applications focus on TPU cast film-related fields, such as food-grade TPU fresh-keeping film, TPU anti-static cast film for electronic component packaging, and TPU waterproof and breathable film for outdoor products, combining process stability and film functionality.
