TPU Anti-UV White Masterbatch is a TPU-specific functional masterbatch focusing on long-term outdoor durability and lasting pure whiteness, developed to solve TPU products' yellowing, aging and whiteness fading under strong UV. It uses low-precipitation weather-resistant TPU resin as carrier, compatible with all TPU substrates. The core adopts absorption + stabilization dual-effect anti-UV system, targeting 280-400nm UV. For white coloring, it uses silane-treated rutile titanium dioxide with L whiteness ≥92, dispersing evenly without defects.
Its core advantage is dual long-term anti-UV and whiteness: after 3000-hour QUV-B 340nm aging, yellowing index △YI ≤2.8, tensile strength retention ≥88%, whiteness attenuation <3%. It has strong process adaptability, stable at 160-210℃, effective with 5%-9% addition, compatible with all processes, without affecting TPU's elasticity and low-temperature resistance.
