PP White Masterbatch is a functional masterbatch developed to solve problems of traditional PP products such as uneven white appearance, easy whiteness fading and poor compatibility with PP substrates causing processing difficulties. It focuses on endowing PP products with pure and uniform white appearance while ensuring processing fluency and performance stability, providing solutions for PP products requiring strict whiteness, hiding power and processing adaptability. This masterbatch uses high-fluidity homopolymer PP as carrier with a melt flow rate ranging from 15-25g/10min, which can blend efficiently with homopolymer PP, copolymer PP and various modified PP substrates to avoid defects like delamination, color spots or processing jams caused by excessive differences in melting characteristics between carrier and substrate.Molded PP products have pure and uniform white color without obvious color difference or defects; within the wide temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃, the whiteness attenuation rate is less than 1.5%, and no yellowing or fading occurs even after long-term exposure to light and humid environments, meeting the needs of outdoor or long-term use scenarios.
