PP Filled Masterbatch is a type of functional masterbatch developed to solve problems of traditional PP products such as single mechanical properties, high cost and insufficient adaptability to specific scenarios. This type of masterbatch usually selects carrier resins with excellent compatibility with PP substrates; for general processing scenarios, homopolymer PP or copolymer PP with melt flow rate (MFR) 12-28g/10min is often used as carrier; for high-fluidity processing, modified PP carrier with MFR 30-45g/10min is selected to ensure efficient integration with various PP substrates, avoiding product delamination, surface defects or performance fluctuations caused by poor compatibility between carrier and substrate.
