PP Antistatic Masterbatch is a functional masterbatch developed to solve problems of traditional PP products such as easy static accumulation, dust adsorption, poor user experience and even safety hazards (like electrostatic breakdown of components in electronics). It focuses on endowing PP with efficient and long-lasting antistatic performance without damaging its original properties, providing solutions for PP products requiring strict electrostatic protection (electronic packaging, home appliance shells, automotive interiors). It uses compatible homopolymer PP as carrier (MFR 12-22g/10min), blending well with homopolymer, copolymer and modified PP to avoid delamination or uneven antistatic effect.
The masterbatch offers long-lasting antistatic performance (static decay time ≤2s at 23℃, 50% RH; stable at -30℃-85℃) and fits processing. Stable at 160-220℃, 5%-10% addition preserves ≥94% flexural modulus and ≥89% impact strength, suitable for injection molding, extrusion for electronic packaging, home appliance parts.
In applications, it’s used for electronic component boxes (preventing static damage), home appliance shells (reducing dust), automotive interiors (avoiding static discomfort), and food packaging films (preventing adhesion), meeting safety standards.
