For carriers, it adopts modified resins compatible with various substrates, divided into three categories: PE-based (MFR 9-17g/10min) for polyethylene products, PP-based (MFR 11-19g/10min) for polypropylene, and PET-based (MFR 13-21g/10min) for polyester materials. All carriers achieve over 98% compatibility with their respective substrates, preventing yellow pigment agglomeration, surface spots, or delamination during molding, while preserving substrate mechanical properties—for example, PE retains ≥95% tensile strength, and PET maintains ≥91% elongation at break.
Molded products exhibit uniform bright yellow (hiding power ≥0.65mg/cm² for dark substrates like gray PP) and stable performance: no pigment migration after 7 months at 60℃/90% humidity, ≤5% mechanical fluctuation (-38℃ to 115℃). It works steadily at standard processing temperatures (PE injection 175-215℃, PP extrusion 185-225℃, PET blow molding 245-280℃), with adjustable addition (1.8%-6.5%). It retains substrate chemical resistance (no performance decay after 12 months in food-grade solvents) and is suitable for PE outdoor warning barriers, PP food packaging containers, and PET children’s toy shells.
