ABS Apple White Masterbatch

ABS Apple White Masterbatch is a functional masterbatch developed to solve problems of traditional ABS products such as large color accuracy deviation, rigid gloss, shrinkage marks in precision molding, and impaired impact resistance from ordinary white masterbatches. These traditional ABS products include consumer electronics shells, smart device accessories, and high-end digital peripherals. It focuses on endowing products with Apple’s signature pure white appearance, delicate matte texture and precision molding adaptability while preserving ABS’s high impact resistance and rigidity, providing customized solutions for consumer electronics, smart devices and high-end digital accessories. It uses high-purity high-impact ABS resin as carrier with a melt flow rate of 18-25g/10min, ensuring over 99% compatibility with various ABS substrates to avoid color deviation or surface defects, while maintaining the substrate’s inherent mechanical properties.

Its core components include high-color-accuracy titanium dioxide: color-calibrated rutile titanium dioxide with particle size 0.2-0.4μm and addition amount 40%-60%, achieving Apple’s pure white (ΔE≤0.8 vs Apple standard, L*≥97) and 97%-99% light-shielding rate; matte regulators: blended silicone micro-powder and polypropylene wax with addition amount 2%-6%, adjusting gloss to 55-65 and reducing fingerprint residue to ≤15%; precision molding additives: blended EBA and special lubricants with addition amount 3%-8%, increasing melt flow rate to 22-30g/10min. Via twin-screw precision mixing at 190-220℃, component dispersion uniformity reaches ≥98%.

The masterbatch combines excellent color consistency and precision processing with high-end texture adaptability. Stable at -40℃-85℃, it works at 195-240℃ with adjustable addition 8%-25%, preserving ≥97% flexural modulus and ≥93% impact strength. It fits ABS consumer electronics shells (color-matched), smart device accessories (impact-resistant), digital peripherals (precision-molded), and office equipment (style-adapted), reducing defects and ensuring long-term appearance stability.
